My mission: to help you find strength in authenticity

My story

From burnout to breakthrough

For a long time, my life looked correct from the outside. I had the credentials, the clients, the packed calendar. What I didn't have was the honest sense that any of it was mine. I kept solving the problem with better systems — earlier alarms, tighter plans, one more productivity fix — and kept landing in the same exhausted place.

Burnout is a strange teacher. It doesn't tell you to try harder; it tells you that you've been aiming at the wrong target. When I finally stopped optimizing and started asking what I actually wanted, the work changed. Not overnight, and not neatly. Change is rarely either.

That's what shaped my approach. I don't hand people affirmations. I hand them the mechanics: how habits actually form, how the gut and brain talk to each other, how identity drives behavior far more reliably than motivation, and what to do on the day it all falls apart — because that day is coming, and it's part of the process, not proof of failure.

If you've tried self-help before and walked away skeptical, you and I will get along. You don't need a lecture. You need something concrete, honest about the difficulty, and built for the life you're already living.
